Evri has shown complete disregard for customer safety and property. Despite clear warnings, they continue to dump parcels in unsafe, public areas, leading to theft and loss. I lost valuable items and received no real support.
This company is irresponsible and untrustworthy. I will be reporting them to consumer protection authorities. Strongly advise everyone: stay away from Evri.

If i could give less then 1 star i would give them -5, i am a sender and i have sent a parcel which Evri has damaged and not shipped, i have tried to get in contact with someone about 20-25 times now, cant talk to a human only a bot who tells me “package damaged contact seller”, i have tried to find any phone number email etc but there is nothing available.

Worst courier company do not use.

Two packages missing in 3 weeks. In both cases, the delivery photo and GPS tracking are at the same block of flats nearby.

The only way to complain is through a Chatbot. I ask for a call back, but do not hear anything.

I can't get my money back without an acknowledgement that Evri has lost my parcel. Evri does not provide such acknowledgements.

I am registered disabled I am having tremendous problem with evri driver Jason around strouden park Bournemouth he refuse to deliver my parcel as it take me bit longer to answer the door .
Since then I get a message that we try to deliver but couldn’t I have cctv to prove that no attempt was made by the driver and he didn’t come to my house.
This is the worse parcel company should be investigated by the authorities.

I have CCTV footage of the Evri delivery driver arrived at 22:15 to deliver my parcel, he got out the van and went into the back of his van then got back into his van and drove off. Then marked my parcel as delivered! But it's nowhere to be seen, absolutely useless.

Terrible company, they should not be used as couriers, been waiting over a week now for my parcels and they even attempted to deliver to a complete wrong location! Only able to deal with a robot on chat which gets you no where! Disgusting service! I fear the Christmas presents I ordered will not be delivered in time now!

Delivery not in time, quite a common thing, it seems. 24 hours is considered as a "slight" delay by their standard. And, unfortunately, you cannot do much about it, not even get the item yourself at the depot, because you will be first dealing with a bot that cannot understand your need. If you want something to arrive next day, maybe consider another delivery company when possible.

Since christmas i haven'nt received my deliveries. They say that my parcels were damaged or have difficulty delivering. Evri are a joke!!
