Ordered a bunch of things for christmas, multiple items stolen from different packages, mouse bites and piss all over the bags, packaging beyond damaged. I can't fathom what kind of people work this place but they are either incompetent at best or just thieves.

I would never recommend ordering from this company (Evri) BUT especially if you are located close to this depot. it's actually disgusting, the mouse pee, the bags being chewed and the people blatantly stealing. awful!

Lost my parcel that was ordered on black Friday. Very poor communication from the team, and no offer of compensation, only that they’re ’trying to look for the parcel’. Would not recommend, very poor customer service.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ordered several parcels from fashion companies, not one has turned up, yet the tracking says 'Delivered'. All orders have had to be refunded. I've been told the parcels have been seen at Furnace End Market as the drivers are robbing them and selling them via raffles.

Disgraceful company. Children's Christmas presents lost. Another birthday present I paid next day delivery and the tracking updates claim not delivered to due bad weather. No snow, ice or bad weather at all!

Whenever I have had issues with parcels it has always been with Hermes; literally every time with Hermes. At my last address they would say that they couldn't find it, or simply leave the parcel in a public entrance hall. At my new address they have either delivered a 50" TV to the wrong address, or they couldn't be bothered to find the actual address and just said that it was delivered, or have accidentally flagged it as delivered and signed for. This courier company is an absolute joke, and good luck trying to get in touch with them. The chat bot for live chat is of no use, and the phone number doesn't connect.

Never had a bad experience until you need to contact someone. Currently have a parcel that says "delay please allow 24 hours"... That was over 4 days ago. I have tried to contact via website and telephone and cannot reach anyone to enquire. Very poor service

worst courier ever.
Parcel was meant to be delivered between 10 and 2 and at 1.45 i get an email its now 4 till 8. Wasted a whole day sitting around waiting !! And its not the first time. Definitely do not recommend

Parcel stated out for delivery for last 7 days now. Still not been delivered though. Impossible to contact anyone regarding the delivery because the automated system just tells me it's out for delivery then redirects me. Worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Totally impossible to track missing parcels. Seriously considering small claims court to recover the price of my missing goods.
