It’s disgraceful delivery company! I’m Castleford customer having own business and its unit 15/16 on industrial estate what is on label printed! Woman named Samantha always drop packages off in private house no16! It’s horrible mental!!! Warned that I’ll write review, as reporting it not work got ignored by EVRI! Than I’m 99% sure that 5 star ⭐ reviews are fake!!!I’m waiting week+ for package!!!

You are unable to speak to anyone, waiting for them to get back to you after advising them of a non delivery issue is like waiting for Christmas. Why can't you speak to actual people instead of everything being automated. Nothing gets resolved disgusting. Supposedly had parcel delivered but they have no proof. Ring doorbell is my proof of non delivery. Crap service

Turned up at 6.45 pm wanting to park up for the night most spaces were full plenty of space around the edges for me to park to one side without obstruction and got told to leave

If someone want send parcel in evri must thinks if this good idea.

This company change name Hermer to Evri and just this is change service it's still same

Awful firm. They are holding my parcel at Normanton depot and say it is too big to fit in the local delivery van ! Even though the parcel got there ! I am unable to talk to a human to discuss the situation.

We sent a parcel to USA paid £24.00 on the 30th November 2024 and on the 20th December it was delivered back to us, we don't know why, can't get through to anyone to complain, totally ruined our Christmas

Met the night shift manager, had a very pleasant interview, the unit is tidy,well organised and productive. The items are in safe hands.
