This company is truly unspeakably poor.
No business using them gives a damn about their customers or their experience.
I have stopped using any company who use Evri. Its the only way people will learn. If buying online, call the seller and ask if they use them. If yes, tell them that's why you are not buying from them.

Absolute garbage company. I had 2 parcels on the same van, one dumped on my doorstep (which is on the street), and the other dumped on the doorstep of a neighbour in the next street! Customer services are non existent. Do not use this bunch of incompetent idiots. The name has changed from Hermes to Evri but the service is now even worse !

My parcel eas stolen by evri delivery man and I dont take joy in my post and I have video doorbell footage to prove the conversation we had .I refused my parcel asked driver to return to sender he agreed to do so .
Then I got notification parcel delivery successfull to me.
So he kept my parcel and im out of pocket
This happened Sunday 13/07/25

Paid for letterbox delivery to the BL2 area of Bolton. My customer never received her parcel. The tracking stated that that the parcel was refused and was sent back to me. Funny that. It seems I'm not the only one who has had this in the same postal area. Who is delivering in this area Evri? Oh, that's right you're practically uncontactable. Ring your number to be told it's on its way back to me. If this is the case then the refusal would have been recorded on my customers doorbell. It would seem to me that something underhanded is perhaps going on. I will be reporting this to the police as you are unable to provide me with any more details. The customer is without her items and my business is out of pocket. This is truly disgusting. I WILL be taking this further. Furthermore, as I paid for the item to go through a letterbox, when would the customer have refused this. Total rubbish. Whoever is delivering for Evri in that area, rest assured I will not let this go.

Delivered to wrong address. Been ringing everyday for 5 days. No response. Automated service how they they call themselves couriers. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE..

A package can travel 3000 miles from China within 24-hours of being in their hands Vanishes I wouldn't mind but this is not the first time they've lost a parcel last time they managed to lose a floor safe!

The service really is dia and trying to reach customer service on the helpline tells you to use their digital assistant you do that and it just says your parcel will be updated shortly after two weeks of it not moving anywhere are the whole system is designed to infuriate you and prevent their customer services taking any sort of phone call, call avoidance as its highest level!
