I’ve requested a callback for the last two days with no response. One of your employees, who was meant to collect my parcel, has been harassing me during that time. He has refused to collect the item twice and consistently shows up on his own schedule, completely ignoring the agreed time slots.

His behaviour has been disgusting, unprofessional, and should be immediately investigated. He claims his manager is someone named Anthony, but that hasn’t helped resolve anything. Instead, I’ve been left fuming two days in a row.

This is the worst experience I’ve had with a delivery service, and I strongly request that this individual never be sent to my address again.

Terrible Experience – Parcel Delivered to the Wrong House and Driver Lied
Date: 29 March 2025-Dagenham Thompson Road

I’m extremely disappointed. The delivery driver delivered my parcel to the wrong house. Later, he came to my home asking if I had received the parcel – which he never delivered to me in the first place. The entire incident is recorded on CCTV from my house and the neighbour's house too.

When I confronted him, he drove off telling me that i shout check the parcel no, when I did Check it the parcel no it was showed delivered. Meanwhile he come back and took a picture with my house door, he needed a proof… but he is on camera and i will post him everywhere…. People need to avoid this company…I had heard negative reviews about Evei, but I never expected something this bad. This is not just bad service – it feels like outright theft.

I sincerely hope someone holds them accountable. This is stealing from customers, and there should be consequences.

Absolute terrible driver Van 38, constantly leaving parcels in unsafe areas. No action has been taken regardless of numerous complaints. This company should not be employing such incompetence drivers.

EVRI; can't even get to speak to someone to resolve an issue; I am waiting for a very delayed item and have no idea where it is; According to the system it was in RUGBY; Now it's in LAKESIDE; In the opposite direction where I live in Northern England; If Evri is delivering your parcel GOD HELP YOU;

Worst company I've ever had to deal with, missed my drop off time of 1pm to 3pm as I had work at 2pm and nobody was home. Thought I would be fine as I was off work on the Tuesday and would have plenty of time to sit around and wait on it. The courier who attempted to deliver my parcel marked it as "a third and final attempt" even though it was the first time it was delivered, they decided to send it back to the senders location... contacted customer support and they were no help. Looking forward to some new clothes but guess I have to wait over a week for the money to be refunded and reorder everything.

-100 star ***They don't even deserve one star!

The driver, Elia-Keryn, has been holding onto my five parcels and keeps marking them as delayed every day. She’s rude and shows no work ethic. If she delays my parcels one more time, I’ll be taking legal action against her and Evri.

You should look into her record to see if she’s actually doing her job, given how many parcels she’s failing to deliver.

There’s always someone at home, so she can’t claim that no one is available to receive the packages.

Her unprofessional behavior started last week when she came to collect a parcel but then refused to take it. When I questioned why she even showed up, knowing she couldn’t collect it, her attitude shifted, and marked my parcel dispatched even though it was at home with me and since then, she hasn’t delivered any of our parcels out of spite.
Happy to provide video proof if needed!

I will be raising this case and contacting consumer rights.

probably one of the worst companies to work with, pay is garbage and the work is stressful, although did like the fact you could work whenever you wanted and at your convenience. Overall not worth the money, make pennies adding up the total including petrol
