DO NOT USE EVRI.
They are the worst delevery company I have ever come across.
They constantly leave parcels at random neighbours without letting me know !
They are now leaving parcels on my doorstep-unsecured. Consequently, the parcels often "dissappear" despite the driver taking photos of the left items. Evri denies all knowledge of these practices. !!
To date, I have "lost" around a dozen parcels either left with mysterious neighbours or left on my doorstep..
Please save yourself a lot of phone calls,lost items, and lost money.
USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT EVRI.

Doesn’t quite look like my address now does it. The Evri couriers are terrible round here. This photo has been sent to multiple other people in my village just with their parcels so no one has actually received them. I know the company is bad as my partner used to work for them in Hertfordshire and they weren’t much better. I know the pay has been dropped and the company doesn’t care about their couriers at all so I don’t blame them for not wanting to work but don’t mess other people’s orders up may as well quit 🤬

What a farce. You cannot contact this company unless you have a tracking number and the post code on the parcel. So even though it’s addressed to you if the post code is incorrect, you get no customer service… pathetic! I eventually found that my post code didn’t agree because the parcel was damaged and redirected to the seller. On top of that they then emailed me to say my parcel was delivered, but never told me they had sent it back. So I spent all morning unsuccessfully trying to tell them I didn’t have it! What a bunch of idiots!!

I am very embarrassed with my husband with a lady who has been delivering parcels to Furse Park for a few years, named Naomi. My husband and I went to her today to explain the matter of undelivered parcels and opened and taped. The woman suddenly became aggressive, not nice, telling me that I was sick and paranoid, me and my husband, and threatened to call the police! Of course we will report it because I have papers from the doctor saying that I am healthy! In addition, at the end she threatened us furiously that we will not receive any more parcels! I do not recommend this company! Parcels arrive open or not at all!

I live in a large block of flats (with a lift) and not once has an Evri driver delivered my parcel directly to me. They are usually left directly underneath a notice in the lobby stating that the lobby is not a secure area and parcels should be delivered direct to the recipient. Last time, the driver didn’t even attempt to get into the building and left the parcel outside the building on a public walkway. Needless to say, the parcel was stolen. Evri NEVER respond to complaints. I do wish sellers would stop using this courier service, in Plymouth at least.

WORST EVER DELIVERY COMPANY. I ordered a package for next day delivery since 11th and I'm yet to get it, they are food items with limited expiry date. The tracking kept prompting out for delivery and delay. Maybe they ate it. I can't speak to any human, just automated phone response and chatbots. I'm deleting my account

Even constantly damage parcels I ordered loads it’s not handled right Royal Mail and other couriers are 10x better but I have to say my local Evri driver is amazing he is a credit to the company

arrived within the 2-4 day window and exactly when it said it should arrive, but they did not put it in my safe place and left my £600 parcel sat out in the open at my front door
