Diabolical service l think they go out with parcels and think that's enough for today even though they've changed the delivery slot twice and you've waited in all day. The 'contact us' is a joke the bot advised my parcel was still being sorted the tracking said out for delivery. l wish companies would stop using them as a delivery service.

Oh well customer service don’t have the decency to reply so here goes. 2/3 weeks ago was a Wednesday night my hubby got a message to say his parcel was left in a safe place our outhouse. Erm pardon me we don’t have a blooming outhouse. In reality it was left on our doorstep on a busy street which comprises of terraced houses with no garden etc. we have our front door, a step onto the public pavement and then a rather busy through road. It’s not the first time this has happened either. We phoned customer service asking for a return call for which they don’t even have the common courtesy to do.
I had to leave 1 star I wish there was the option for none. Disgusting customer service. I wish companies gave you the option of the delivery company

The usual abysmal performance by Evri - like most reviews on here, if it could have been 0 stars it would have been.a parcel sent from Holland moved quickly to the UK and from Evri’s hub until it reached the black hole that is Evri Carlisle. It then made no further progress for 5 days despite my contacting their so-called Customer Service,which I’m convinced is a series of chatbots. Despite clear instructions that it should not be delivered after 12 Dec, it was delivered to a neighbour on 13 Dec. Hard to think of any way in which their performance could have been worse (although I’m sure they find one.)

If I could have given no stars I would, I have never had a straight forward delivery from Evri, it’s only that the company I ordered off use them, says it’s been delivered, where is it … or have they stolen my parcel to sell on, it’s not the first time…. Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Attempted to deliver to 2 different WRONG addresses, and even at one of them handed the parcel to the person and marked as delivered.... In a completely different postcode. The drivers can't get a thing right. But what do you expect when the company is run by the incompetent.

They somehow get worse every time, deserve 0 stars.

Not good what so ever. They are really bad, I used to order a lot from amazon and got a lot of different delivery companies and this lot are fair more the worst of the lot. I mean at one point they delivery an order a few days late and at this point I had total amazon. They are were horror story's are made form they are. I would not recommend to anyone stay well ba k form this lot.

I am trying to get in touch with you.i am waiting for two parcels you said you have them at your Carlisle depot on the 26th of November 2024,it is now the 6th December .still no contact or update nothing.ive rung left messages .been in chat still nothing .they are Xmas presents to send it's disgusting.no communication nothing😡😡
