Initially (pre us placing an order) it was good service. Once the order was placed, the after service was terrible. Products that we have ordered in bulk were incorrect and not as described. Despite confirming required information prior to placing the order. Communication between Jay and Jake Lindsay was absolutely poor. Days, weeks, months between responses, to date I still have no reply, even though chasing several times. We sent all required evidence at their request, had no reply at all. Had ordered the products for a charity event that we needed in time for Christmas. Ended up having to order from another supplier as to not cause any disappointment for this event. Now ended up with hundreds of items that can't be used and a waste of £££. Absolutely shocking quality of items, not fit for described use and service diabolical. Would not recommend.
