Just wanted to drop a note to say we have been using ETS for many years now and we are very impressed with the customer service team. There is a lot of invaluable expertise there and the whole team is very friendly and efficient. They always find transport for our last-minute requests whether in the UK or Europe. They take away the challenges that arise from dealing with import/export by liaising directly with the suppliers/customers, agents, etc – hence simplifying and facilitating the processes.
