I've used them several times, tend to get the best rates here. On this occasion, I ordered a somewhat obscure currency (VND) but it was available for collection even quicker than quoted. Pickup was smooth and problem free. Will use again.

Poor customer service. Man behind desk was on his phone when I arrived. Didn’t greet me. Stayed on his phone the whole time whilst serving me. Which wasn’t a work related call. Could barely hear him. Mumbled speech. No customer service skills. Would not use euro change again.

Utterly useless. Have tried to visit twice during the last week, both times in the afternoon during their posted opening hours. The first time the shop was completely closed, and today there was a member of staff on duty, but the door was locked and he just waved me away from behind the counter.

I decided that waiting 30 minutes in line at the post office was preferable to trying to contend with this nonsense.

A complete joke of a business without a single shred of professionalism. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Avoid.
