Scammers and liars! They booked the wrong vehicle and then cancelled after loading all the luggages. Then they had the audacity to call me a liar. Guy on the phone was very rude. Avoid at all cost!

Do not call or order from here , first the man can not even understand fluent English after reading my post code i then try to help him by showing him what store i am at for him to unprofessionally hand up and then answer like a idiot and say how can i help do you need a cab and once he realised i called back said i don't have cars if they can do this on the first call god knows what their journey experience would be like

avoid and just go straight to bolt or uber more manners given

I honestly can’t believe this business has been running as long as it has. The cab drivers steal from their customers, the managers are rude and aggressive.
They are racially and gender biased in regards to their employees.
Most of the drivers should be audited for tax evasion, because everyone knows they have a second income from soliciting. (And how they haven’t been caught for that) But whatever
. So guys really no chance of my £9 back? Not £10

Very rude manager!! Been using this cab service for 15 years with very little issues such as drivers being rude, being late because they cannot find my address, which is fine. But today I rang for a cab and the manager started shouting saying he's not sending me a cab due to me making his driver wait. Baring in mind I'm always waiting anything between 8-15 mins for their driver and used their service less than a week ago without any issues. When I called back to discuss the issue and to clarify that I never make their driver wait, the manger started shouting even more. Very sad for a manager of a business to behave like that towards a very loyal customer. From now on everyone I know using this service will be told about their attitude and as for me, I've found a new service somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend!

I’ve used this service for over 5yrs and I’ve never felt as disrespected by someone till today. He grabbed a napkin to collect the coins like I had some disease. He also had an attitude I’m a paying customer who deserves to be treated with respect. You shouldn’t be acting like your better than a person

I have been using this office regularly for almost 2 years. It was extremely good service and the drivers are all very friendly however recently I have not been happy. Although the Cab office knows there is a traffic issue due to road works, it doesn't send out drivers earlier to compensate for this and just use traffic as an excuse. Last time this cost me my hospital appointment which I was not happy with. If you ask a certain time and they know there is 20-25 minute delay they should not instruct drivers to leave a few minutes before pick up time and be 25 minutes late to pick up, that is not acceptable. You cannot say there is traffic, it is not our fault, what can we do? you ask the driver to leave earlier so they can make it on time, if they are 5 maybe 10 minutes late that isn't so bad but 25 minutes? adjustments must be made not just use excuse of traffic. It won't cost anything less to ask drivers to leave early to ensure they get to pick up on time, as they will have to go through that same traffic anyway. There is no excuse, they are sending out taxis several times a day, they can easily calculate the delay and make necessary adjustments but chose not to. As a business they are suppose to adapt to changes not just ignore them and use them as excuse for not operating as well as they can.

Absolutely horrible service. It’s a shame my family and I have been using them for over 10 years. They don’t treat long term customers with any sort of respect. Must be soemone new handling the calls over the last year because I sense he’s definitely a rookie. Please don’t waste your time. Stick to green street cars , uber , bolt or free now.
