I ordered brakes and discs, and when I went to pick up the product, it was opened and there was a problem. When I told the seller, she said with utter rudeness and laughter, no problem, we will order for you, come tomorrow, they don't care about the customer's time or cost, and this is acceptable. No, she didn't even apologize, I am a taxi driver and I will never buy them again

Girl on desk terrible attitude and customer service, refused to sell me oil flat out for my car even when shown paper work from dealership, she told the couple after that they should consider cycling when they scoffed at the price. Seems looking back over the reviews she is emboldened by the companies total lack of care in regards to her customer service.

Ive order online a 5 litre antifreeze coolant for 6.59 £ as you can see in the photo and when i went for collection they said me you have order 1 litre. Very disappointed with this.

This used to be really good value not really any longer queue for over 40 minutes to get served one person on the counter 20 people to serve seriously understaffed
