We have purchased goods from this Company for a few years now and the service was always excellent. Ordered in July 2024 and we didn't receive our delivery even though it stated delivered with a photo. Their courier had delivered our order to a different address looking at the image and we didn't know where. We are so disappointed that they wouldn't support us on this as we were a regular customer, they refused to refund our order or resend it. We provided photo evidence from our CCTV and they still wouldn't help. Just so disappointed in their poor response.

Rlly good quality products, best place to purchase from in essex. The tape that they sell is of best quality such as their duct tape. Website is extremely easy to use for anyone and customer service is spot on for support and any questions I asked. I recommend buying from here to everyone!
