Genuinely had the best experience here. Was so quick and friendly. Was using the travel money counter at the post office and was helped by Chirag. He was more helpful than my bank! So kind and so efficient. Would always recommend. Helped me change my coins to cash so quickly. DEFFO GO HERE!!!!

I had an unpleasant experience at the collection counter with an elderly woman who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude showed no humility or respect for customers. It’s disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior, especially during the holiday season. Perhaps individuals with such poor customer service skills would be better suited for roles that don’t involve direct interaction with the public. This experience truly dampened my Christmas spirit. I hope these type of rude, grumpy people must be moved to handle heavy parcel in backend and avoid dealing with customers , and I genuinely wish her a retirement soon in heaven 🙏

I have been going to Enfield Town Post Office since 2001. Today the 23rd of December 2024 at 15:47 i was being served by the woman on the first counter, As i approached i could see she was having a bad day and looked frustrated. Now i don't know her name but previous years we used to have some nice chats. Normally a staple is used to keep together both receipts. On this particular occasion she did not put a staple on the receipts. I asked politely if she could put a staple on the receipt, and unfortunately she was very rude and was not happy that i had asked for a simple staple. Once she had put the staple on the receipts she rudley informed to just Go, Just Go. As an Armed Forces Veteran i am absolutely disgusted having to be treated like this especially just a few days before Christmas and asking for a simple thing to have one staple. I will avoid going to Enfield Town Post Office and in future go to Lancaster Road Post Office where i have a lovely relationship with the staff there.
