A fantastic service. Friendly and welcoming place, and more its cheap and affordable. The buses are clean and electric, well presented and friendly drivers. Every 15 minutes, you got a bus. Which only got few stops.

First one at the Royal infirmary hospital, demonfort uni and Nicolous circles in the city and return to base. Very efficient and effective services.

The price is just for the bus tickets
£3.50 all day on the park and ride return included
£4 for a group, mean up to 5 people that's a bargain
£1 for pensioners and concession card holders
NHS staff and nurses are free ride

Got clean toilet facilities

Not bad. Be warned though, if it’s a Leicester City home match day, it can get very, very busy. The queues can be long for the buses and they only have a one or two double deckers to cater for demand. That said, staff are very efficient at loading the buses and very helpful too.

On the way back, the 1820 didn’t even turn up. We had to wait 30 mins in total. I was left wondering whether this is normal as locals using the service didn’t seem surprised. Be aware of this! If in doubt leave in plenty of time. It took almost an HOUR to get from the car park to the stadium.

Great location though right next to the M1 motorway with toilet and waiting facilities. If travelling in winter it is absolutely freezing with no heating in the toilets or waiting areas.

Excellent park and ride, massive car park with buses running every 15 minutes, stopping at Leicester Royal Infirmary, DeMontfort University and St Nicholas Circle. Fare only £1 return for pensioners with a concessionary bus pass, would recommend, so much easier than driving into the city centre

The timings at the beginning of the day are perfect but at the end of the day not so much. Wish the hours extended to the evenings and Sundays. Still great service!

If you like the idea of waiting for 30 minutes as 2 busses pass the group of people stood waving for it to stop so they can go back to their cars, which are held hostage about an hours walk away, this is the bus service for you. On the other hand, if you would like the bus to stop, even for groups of people literally hailing it, I would advise maybe just driving straight into Leicester or using the train.

I use the Park & Ride for football home games and sometimes the LRI

Buses are every 15 minutes and it's only £4 for a small group.

I just wish they would put a bus stop closer to the stadium as it can be a bit of a hike from the LRI especially for the elderly

Convenient for our visit to Leicester, although the bus back was already packed when it got to Jubilee Square for our return trip. My wife and son had to stand for the whole journey back to Enderby.
