I got the new Edinburgh to Fort William bus service today. Our bus driver was Chris and he was amazing from start to finish, what a lovely guy and great driver.
The bus itself is so comfortable, with plug sockets, usb ports and tables.
The whole experience was so relaxing. Will definitely use the Ember buses again.

Amazing company. The extremely friendly and professional drivers, state of the art brand new electric coaches and WiFi sets Ember aside from the other coach operators! I can't wait for Ember's expansion.

We had an amazing experience getting from Edinburgh to Fort Wiliam and back. The buses are clean, modern and offer wifi. The drivers were simmilarly kind and helpful and we are thrilled they started this new line and made travelling to Western Highlands a little bit more accessible. Thank you!

Just the innovation which was needed in this sector. Breath of fresh air with reasonable rules and excellent pricing. 18 year olds classed as child tickets.

Paid £16.60 for 3 of us;1 Adult+ 2 18 & Under travellers. From Edinburgh Airport to Dundee City. Includes the Tram from Edinburgh, which on its own would have cost us £18.80 single. (£7.50 x 2 adult travellers, + 1 child).

Excellent value for money, USB Charging points, punctual, respectful driver with comfortable spacious seats.

Would definitely recommend, with a myriad of travel options ranging from shuttles, Trams, different bus operators & Trains;Ember buses are an excellent one stop solution for travel between Edinburgh Airport/City Centre to Dundee, vice versa and they also provide services to Glasgow as well!

Would definitely recommend booking with Ember Electric Buses.
*Update on 26th June 2024. Can honestly say they have maintained the same high standards consistently every time we have used Ember bus.
I have also added photographs now of the inside of the bus, you can also see how far back the seats recline in some of the pictures.

Brilliant service for travel between various destinations in Scotland.

Only found out about them when my train from Dundee to Edinburgh was cancelled last minute and I looked online for an alternative. Now, I use them quite frequently instead of trains.

The coaches are modern, clean, comfortable and have toilets and WiFi. They connect a range of destinations, offering a good combination of major cities and towns plus useful drop off points in between. The electric coaches run really smoothly and quietly, making for a pleasant journey through the beautiful Scottish countryside.

The prices are really reasonable and the booking process is simple and user friendly. You can change your booking pretty easily too, which is a major plus point for me.

The drivers are friendly, courteous and very helpful.

This is an excellent service and I really recommend it to tourists and anyone travelling in Scotland.

Amazing service that I use whenever I travel. £8.50 to Edinburgh airport (park and ride including your tram right to the airport), from Dundee, including your luggage. Buses have WiFi and charging ports and are new and clean. One time I accidentally left a bag on board and called them, when the bus returned to the airport drop off an hour later, the driver was right out with my bag for me. Highly recommend!

Use Ember buses to Dundee Perth
and Glasgow and stops in-between all I can say if my timetable gives me a choice I always choose ember
The buses are very clean comfy spacious seating charging point on each seat. Ember beat City Link and new boys Flix bus by miles. The app
is good for seeing where the bus is and you get updates if delayed.
