Val was very friendly, helpful and responsive. I needed to get a heavy parcel back to the seller (and get rid of the pallets it came on). He got it done without any fuss. I probably paid a bit more than I might with “the big guys” - but Val provided a real personal and helpful service so I could be sure it was delivered quickly and personally. Really recommend if you need to be sure the jobs done and done right.
