Completely ignore your safe space delivery requests, can't even be bothered to use common sense and put your parcels at your requested safe space like back door, shed etc. Just lazily put a slip through your door. Can't even collect parcels cos their opening hours are ridiculous! So so inconvenient for people who are at work! 😡

Firstly the staff there don’t have control over the hours set for pick up it’s a government decision. The staff are super awesome and helpful. They did stress the issue of pick up hours prior to the deadline changes and asked us to petition but to no avail. So please be patient and humble. Albeit I do believe the delivery now is somewhat haphazard initially so we are left in a quandary, do we order online or just give up.

Google opening hours are about as useful as the real opening hours. Most people go to retrieve undelivered parcels when they’re finished work, yet this place is only open from 0800-1000. Which numpty thought that would be suitable opening hours?

They’ve marked the parking spots so that no member of the general public can park on this busy road (A96) to pick up their parcels. Not one spot available, presumably as the staff are using them.

It’s hardly ever open and when it is you can’t park outside. Way to go Royal Mail!!

If your postie leaves a card with no reference numbers on it but asks that you contact them. How can you possibly arrange a redelivery. Especially as you cannot speak to a human or get past the AI as they do not understand your postcode or street name

Helpful and friendly staff whenever i go in, and this is great. But what use is 8-10am for the majority of people that are at work then. Your delivery attempts failed during normal working day, so please explain what use the opening times during the normal working morning are? At least alternate and have the place open in the morning one day, and in the afternoon on another. It's just a bit of common sense!

Helpful friendly staff. The tall man with the hat offered me a nice cup of tea and even put a tot of whisky in it to warm me up while I untangled my shoe laces from my dog. Unfortunately they weren’t able to process my Amazon return but by the time I left I was engaged to one of their daughters and I think his name was Colin. Thanks guys you are the best!
