Great service, good space and reasonably priced.
If I could have a negative about the company it would be that he didn't have more of them as there is a demand and a short waiting list. You pay a deposit, mine was £50, then the unit was £30 a week & theyre a good size
I was recommended them.off my removal company, there's cctv & 24 hour access.
I've no regrets.

Amazing place for storage. The location just off the motorway is very convenient and easy to get too. The storage units themselves are well sized and very secure with electric gates with your own key. I have used the unit for almost a year now and my contents are perfect. I have spoken with the owner on a few occasions and he has been very helpful with nothing any trouble or hassle. Would highly recommend.

I can't fault the unit at all. Really friendly and professional owners who were courteous to wait around for me after I was running late for our pre-arranged meeting.

Getting the keys was fast and easy, the units are all on ground level so are accessible (I have used storage before which required a lift and it was a pain the back). They are also a lot bigger than I thought, there was ample room and then some for me (which was a 3 bed house and garage).

The site is secure but still accessible at your leisure and is easy to find down a quiet street.

Would definitely use again.

We were looking for a storage facility around Carlisle and came across Egg Self Storage. We contacted the company and spoke with Stewart and arranged to see the storage facility prior to hiring the unit out. We met with Stewart onsite and inspected the storage containers which were in excellent condition, very clean and secure. We decided to take three storage units as we were moving from a large house. The service provided by Stewart was excellent. The facility itself was very easy for the van to reverse back onto the units to load and unload the van. We found Stewart's mannerism to be very nice and the facilities were excellent for our use and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Egg Self Storage and would definitely use again. 10 out of 10 for customer service and the facilities themselves.

An excellent facility!! I only used for a month to store house contents whilst finding a house. Very pleasant people to deal with and does EXACTLY what it says on the tin!
Containers are new, clean and dry. Secure compound and plenty of room to get vehicles right outside container. If I ever need something along these lines again this is my first call. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent service received over the last two and a half years. Agreed a weekly rate in late 2019 and that rate did not increase at all in the whole two and a half years. Really handy location, security very good and easy service (no notice period etc) would use again.

We are moving home to Carlisle and found Egg Self Storage online. When we enquired about availability, Stuart suggested we viewed the containers and site before we made a decision; no pressure to book. He made sure he was available at a convenient time for us which was very helpful, as we are having to travel a fair distance. Stuart is very friendly, professional, helpful and has local knowledge, which is always useful.
The site is easy to find and conveniently close to the M6. The containers are new, clean, well insulated and ventilated and easy to access to load/unload. Within a secure compound with cameras, that has 24/7 access, but not in an isolated location - always nice to feel you have other businesses and people around.
As we had no idea how much we would be able to store in a container, he reserved the container next to our original one, just in case we needed it. Turned out we did and it is so convenient to have them side by side.
We are happy with the T&Cs; good to be able to just pay for the time we actually use the container. Would definitely recommend Egg Self Storage.
