After a delay collecting due to damage discovered while unpacking, we were charged 4 days rent - a shocking 1700 pounds. The 6 'free' days included the day of unpacking, when the package was unpacked at 1645.

I literally could have put my crate up in a suite in the ritz for less than ECU charge for storing it in a warehouse.

Like others, no clear communication was provided to me about processes and costs once the rent period started, so my logistics company was turned away at the gates for unpaid fees, and missed their ferry.

Asolutely rubish company. 1. No ETA information supplied until my agency cleared the goods. 2. No information given about how to arrange collection. 3. Once my courier booked the collection from them, they been rejected away due to rent owed, but there is no communication to me on how much is the rent and how to pay. 4. Today they send me rent to pay for 14 cbm of cartons for 15 days in total of £6396.48. I'm no contacting my solicitor to put a case in against this rubish company.

by far the most unethical company I have ever come across. they charge you a fortune in fees and they don't tell explain what the fees for . They They tell that there is rent to be paid for holding your goods but good luck getting them to explain how much that is or how they calculate rent. If you have the option, avoid this company. They are scammers. I was stuck with them as I was new to shipping.

I wouldn't use this company again. Failed to deliver on expected delivery dates and was penalised with storage charges even though they had said that no storage charges will be incurred.

The person dealing with me had no clue about the shipment even after 5 minutes of email or telephone conversation.

A lot of Chaos occurred when passed to another department. I've been in the business of import and export. This is the worst company I have used and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone thinking of using them.

Why am i giving 5 stars... Well... Firstly not because they charged me for something i haven't paid at all (i actually got samples from China but i still was charged), not because my shipment was delayed (this is the fault of delivery company, Nova Express LTD)... I am giving 5 stars for the way they manage to work with the client, for the transparency, for explaining me all the cost (you have to ask and they will give you everything you ask for), for the prompt attitude of on the phone and for the understanding of my frustration.

The biggest scam, they will have you in a corner and start applying fees and high rent. Be prepared to pay a lot of money on fees and rent that you were not aware of. Please avoid
