Excellent fulfilment service in the UK! We have been a customer of Cloud9 for almost two years and it has been a wonderful experience. They are so proactive and helpful and when we've had special situations or help needed, they have always been on top of it! Samantha, Josh, Neil and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond always to make sure that we have everything we need and made us feel like we were a priority, even though we are probably one of their smaller clients. We moved from another provider, and wish we'd moved to Cloud9 far earlier.

The WHOLE team, they just 'get it' - they want the best for you & your business, and that's from the original enquiry, to guiding you through joining and then going onstream with them.

You are not just a number to them.

For example
We were nearby on a weekend away, and they even took the time to show us the process and meet the staff, after we asked if we could come and say hi (and we asked at 20 minutes notice!).

If they can see something that will benefit your business, they'll tell you. That's invaluable, as they're experts in what they do, and are happy to pass on something you might not even consider or know about.

We can't name them all (as we don't know all their names!)
but customer facing, Sam, Caled and Michael, all helped us make the move to Cloud 9 and transistion to their system seamlessly, and Edna has been a great help processing our orders for despatch.

Cloud 9 fulfilment is insane, I’ve used lots of 3pl centres and finally I found one which actually makes my life as a busienss owner, they are flexible organised and can clearly handle there customers demand levels.

Software and enrolment process is awesome also which is critical in a smooth transition into a 3pl centre
