What a great concept. I've used Easy Storage Dorset twice now and both occasions they have been superb. The Easy Storage Staff weew outstanding in service and really take great care in what they do. I would recommend them 100 percent.

On my first occasion using Easy Storage I had to change my date three times. No problem. Quick and simple.

They arrived and took great care in loading up the pod and it was done in an instant.

What attracted me was the simplicity in terms of bringing the pod to you. It took the pressure of you loading, unloading or trying to hire a van and getting people to help.

I was asked how I felt the service went and I replied without prompt, "that was really easy wasn't it."

Says on the tin what it does. Great service and I 100 percent recommend. Go and make life "easy" for yourself and book Easy Storage Dorset.

Easystorage have been fantastic from my removal into storage until my delivery today. Les & Lewis ( also at my removal) were communicative, courteous, respectful and very professional. It was not an easy task on a very steep hill with parking a distance away. And one man down. This was added to by pouring rain.
I would recommend Easystorage to anyone who is considering storage.
They have a seamless system, Connor who was my co-ordinator was also very positive and responsive to every situation.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We were able to speak to a real person on the phone which made life much easier, and the transfer of goods from flat to storage was efficient, timely and well done. As we were unsure what size of pod to use we paid for the medium size and, when the goods were delivered to the pod it was found that it would fit into a small one so we received a refund very quickly. We can't praise these people enough and would recommend them every time.

The team completely take the headache out of moving house and storage. I've recently moved a 2 bedroom flat in Bournemouth into storage for a few months. All we did was box up the smaller items and take apart the larger things like beds etc; two great lads (apologies their names escape me) then collected all the furniture and boxes and carefully placed it all into the two pods straight on the van, took about an hour in total - and they protected what was required with their blankets. They also give you good advice on the amount of pods to use etc - we booked 3 initially and only used 2 and they refunded the difference straight away (have now reduced from 2 pods to 1 and the reduction of cost was equally as swift). The storage facility is at Bournemouth Airport and I have accessed it twice to pick up various bits since the move - they were extremely efficient both occasions - all you do is give a couple of days notice and they will get your pods to an area where you can easily access them - staff were always present should you have any queries too (even waiting outside to flag you down and show you where to go). In all my dealings with them, they have always been punctual, polite and very, very helpful. Rates are competitive and the joy of this service is that you don't have to do any lugging of furniture or boxes about yourself - especially good if you are no longer in your 20's & have a dodgy back! Moving home is stressful enough tbh......I would use them again without any hesitation whatsoever - they really are brilliant.

P.S. I've also used one of the London based 'easyStorage' branches when my daughter moved from Greenwich a few months ago and they too were equally efficient, including the return of pods to her new address.

Les, Conner and Lewis travelled a very long way to collect our belongings from a 4 bedroomed house where we'd lived 25 years - so no easy task! They spread the job over 2 days which allowed us to clean as we went along. Very polite, kind, fast and courteous and even put up with a super-excited dog! I had ordered 6 pods but they were able to fit it into 5, saving on storage fees.
EasyStorage was the best solution for us, hands down. Cost less than the other quotes and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Connor and the team are friendly and helpful. They have been very accommodating throughout and flexible to suit my needs if and when an issue has arisen. Access to the site is easy and located on the outskirts of Poole meaning if driving from another area you can quickly get in and out without to much hassle in regards to traffic. Highly recommend
