I went here for weekly market. Some interesting stalls and I will go back again. East Dean is a pleasant village and has a good pub that is great for a pit stop on a walk.

Visited the weekly Village Market for first time. Great market in delightful chocolate-box quintessential English village. Fresh produce, craftwork. Cafe in village hall serving good range of cakes, pies, tea, coffee etc. Worth a visit.

Wonderful village Market on Wednesday! Excellent Market stalls with kind, helpful staff. Lots of different gift ideas on offer. Stalls inside and outside. Market opens at 10.00. Cafe in the village Hall opens at 0930. The cakes and sausage rolls are so delicious! East Dean is a lovely village and visiting the Wednesday Market is a must! You won't be disappointed!

Enjoy a morning at this market.
Always have fresh fruit and veg, good quality.
Fish man also has high quality fayre, always have crab for lunch and have tried the smoked haddock and oak smoked salmon.
The bread man, Bexhill cob our favourite, always has a variety of lovely things to try, just pick and eat, we have never been disappointed.
The rest is a mixture of stores, it can be expensive but the produce is of high quality and well worth the price. Have bought pictures, t shirts, tea.
So yes well worth a visit. We will certainly be going again.

It was very good, lots of local produce to buy like fruit and veg, bread and cakes, cheese and fresh fish. We bought bass fillets and they were fantastic, we also bought bread and cakes which were very good. It was lovely to see local crafts all of which were great and we bought several items. Will be going back soon and there is also lots of car parking now as they've opened a field.
