STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. A lot of times tried to get it solved with many Eagle freight colleagues (accounting dept., someone from Night team), they just pass me from one to other with no result. How I understood the job is delivered on16/07/2024, but still having to chase for payment. Called and emailed many times . Job supposed to be paid before 14/09/ 2024.I would not expect this from a Company that boasts about their reputation on their website that they have " State of the art technology and transport management system" and yet they delay the payments deliberately.
As an independent haulier we go out of pocket and out of our way to make sure goods are collected and delivered safe and on time but unfortunately despite all our hard efforts only a few companies or individuals appreciate it.
You tarnish your own repute by having under hand wheeler dealer mentality..

I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with the shockingly poor customer service and disgraceful handling of goods that I have experienced with your company.

Firstly, the complete lack of respect shown by your staff towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. It seems that your team has no concept of basic manners or professionalism. Their rude and dismissive attitude is a clear indication that customer care is not a priority for your company.

Secondly, the way my goods were handled is nothing short of a disaster. This level of negligence is simply inexcusable and reflects a total disregard for your customers and their satisfaction.

I am deeply disappointed and furious with the service I have received. It’s clear that your company needs to seriously reconsider its approach to customer service and product handling. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.

Very unsafe and unprofessional company The driver dropped the boxes on me due to the pallet being wrapped poorly . Heavy boxes were wrapped with only one layer of clear shrink wrap, my head hit the concrete it's hurting a lot since the incident.

In September 2023 we needed an import agent into Europe for our two dogs coming from South Africa. We were recommended to use Eagle Freight from Aeropets. Eagle Freight was quick with the quotes and any questions we had. They communicated with us the moment they had our dogs. And we found our two happily at home in their office. Staff were friendly and we got their health certicates to allow them to travel in the EU. FYI, it is a cheaper if you are able to dispose of the crates your dogs are transported in yourself (if you are able to), which we did.

I had a package come through Eagle freight Terminal. They were extremely helpful with getting tracking info for the ongoing delivery. Despite it not being them delivering the package they had filed the tracking and collection receipt from the collecting delivery company. Abigail was extremely helpful and their systems were efficient.
