Ordered £750 garden table & chairs from B&Q 18/4 to be delivered by DX Freight on 2/5, turned up with broken glass table & quickly left, luckily we live in a cul-de-sac I stopped the van & made them take it all back.
Text from DX Freight say redelivery on 7/5 left them the gate open due to work commitments, on my return they had delivered the chairs they took away but no table.
Text from DX Freight table to be delivered 9/5 no table turned up told by B&Q second table broken it transit.
16/5 third table finally delivered intact, hard to believe this order took over a month to receive & hours & hours of calls & time off work, shocking.

I've just nearly been killed by a lorry driver from this company. I went to pick my child from the cadets this evening around 9pm. As soon as I had turned onto Wigman Road, a lorry suddenly appeared directly behind me and speeded up so that the distance between the front of this lorry and the back of my car could have been no more than a metre distance. As I approached to turn right onto Woolsthorpe Close this lorry continued to speed up and close the virtual non existent gap between us. I had to turn right even though I would have preferred to let the oncoming traffic pass given that if I hadn't, the lorry would have smashed into the back of me. Then before I could even pull up on the left, the lorry overtook me at speed. I followed the lorry into the yard and reported the incident to a male in an orange visability vest who seemed to be trying to fix a mirror near the entrance of the yard. He said he would report the issue. Well guess what, so am I to the police. This incident will hopefully have been caught on the road cctv and as a company you should be able to identify the driver very easily on your own security cctv given I followed him into your yard around 9pm or just after, in my silver Citroën CV. I couldn't see the license plate or the windscreen of the lorry, just the front grill of the cab in my mirror given that the lorry was so close.

Poor service. Had text this morning saying delivery would be between 13:19 and 15:19. Has afternoon off work to receive delivery only for 10 mins after 15:19 to receive a message sorry we missed you and could you rearrange delivery. Never move out of the house all afternoon

Took a day off to recieve a parcel after DX Freight sent message saying they would deliver between '8am & 6pm'
Tracking number doesn't work.
Delivery didn't arrive, but 10 mins after I sent a complaint to the company I ordered of (Wickes), at 6.50pm, I get another text from DX saying they will deliver tomorrow, no apology.
Well I might be in I might not. I cannot take another day off. Terrible customer service!!

Ridiculous service & frustrating delivery company !!!
I have been waiting for my document since 2 days , the tracing history says , delivery on Friday whole day . No one turned up . I have chatted with online service , no agents are properly updated and communicated ! they have even missed the delivery and given wrong address .No one tried to contact me &the driver missed the delivery yesterday !

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!

Your delivery will be with you between 8:00am and 6:00pm
I took a day off work, waited in all day for the package and eventually at 7:00pm I gave up waiting and went out (it was my Dads birthday). Imagine my surprise when I got a phonecall at 7:30pm from a delivery driver asking where I was and why I wasn't at home? He then asked me if I could be home by 8:00pm. I had to cancel my plans and get someone to drive me back to my house (I was back for 7:45pm) by which time the driver had dumped the £350 worth of goods on my front garden and driven off. Signed in cab apparently. Delivered Exactly an hour and a half later than they should have. I suppose at least it was delivered on the day they said. I hope other folk have a better experience than I did.

IF I COULD DO NO STARS I WOULD! LAST 2 OCCASIONS DRIVER LIED AND SAID NO ONE WAS HERE AT 10.30 WHEN WE WERE HERE FROM 6.00. TODAY THE DRIVER DID NOT TURN UP FOR WORK AND THEY HAVE NO ONE TO COVER THE DELIVERIES. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY

Parcel arrived extremely damaged
The top of the parcel was chopped off, the suppliers packaging was excellent and very robust, so how did DX damage the parcel so badly
