Terrible! Did not deliver my parcel last week… it disappeared ( how is that possible?) Told the company I bought my article from and they made me another one and sent it urgently.
Got a message on my phone to say it was delivered yesterday … IT WAS NOT!!
My gates were open from 6am and both my husband and myself were in all day.
No card in our post box and no sign of them on our CCTV!!!
I have no trouble with any other courier company, but this one is NOT professional or reliable. I would give it MINUS stars if I could. Really not happy as my item was an urgent order.

Delivered my parcel to the wrong street and apparently not even the same number house. How is that even possible?! Still don't have the parcel. Support couldn't share an image of the parcel delivery location, only text description.

These people are absolutely rubbish…never received my parcel…kept saying they’d left notes to say they’d attempted delivery…lies lies lies as was in awaiting the parcel…if you buy something

Ordered last Thursday waited in all day Monday untill last delivery time no call or txt said not enough details for delivery address it was full address and code said next day they would leave it out side flat and take photos as proof of delivery no delivery same Wednesday managed to track package Thursday to within 20 minutes of my address same details as first no show waited outside untill 5 o'clock tracked package again said couldn't gain entry left card to re delivery tried to get in at 4 40 complete lyers I was outside at that time also there is nowhere to post a card outside the building had to cancel and it's put my project back 2 days absolute shambles

I waiting 2 days redelivery. Nobody not know about delivery items. Coming just 1 item from 2 items. I ring to delivery company where is my 2 items, again Nobody not know it's missing. After 1h find but its all box it's damaged and needed all items repack different box. Who it's responsible with damaged boxes and delivery

Just been nearly KILLED by some next crackhead delivery driver in Shipley North Yorks on dock field road with my 1 year old twins in pram , their dad had to push myself and the whole pram out of the way!!! TRAUMATISING !!! To top it off dewsbury depot won’t even answer the phone . SCRUFFS .

Not happy with you at the moment as our delivery that should have come yesterday (Friday 14th april) as been taken to the wrong address and we've no idea where it is, not good enough when the item you were delivering cost us £425 and your drivers can't do a simple thing and take it to the right address how bloody difficult is it
