US Passport renewal - the Bracknell Dx depot is *not* the correct place to go as they cannot accept payment as of Oct 2024. You will need to go where they can accept payment or to Royal Mail (to pay for outgoing as well as return service for passport renewal). Unfortunately when I called I was told I could send my passport to the embassy from this location- but that info was incorrect.

For US visa (regardless of what passport you hold) you can use this location as they accept the visa forms which have a bar code and no payment is required onsite at the location.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

DO NOT use this company!!! Absolutely the worst. Got a message to say my parcel would be delivered today. I had to take time off work to stay at home. Never got delivered, customer assistant said it got sent to the wrong warehouse by mistake and tracking information never got updated. Not sure when it will get sent and considering I ordered live plants, not sure if they will survive

I have a delivery from Manuka Honey, they failed to delivery to my home address so I changed to University, my working address. However, when I got it, it is 40 receipt rolls, definitely not my Honey, but when I call the depot, they just tried to shift the blame, saying it wasn't their problem and told me to contact the shipper. However, when I removed the label with the changed address, it was clearly written underneath that the old address was the supermarket at my doorstep. It's evident that they mislabeled and delivered to the wrong location. What a terrible company!!

This has quite simply got to be the worst delivery company I have ever come across! How they are still in business I do not know. Now had 2 separate deliveries completely messed up by this company. The first - they said they had tried to deliver several times when they never did - ended up having to chase them and eventually I got fed up and picked up from depot. Second - surprise surprise that deliver didn’t turn up either, chased them again - they returned my delivery back to sender without ever notifying me!. Call them - the guy that answered asked for tracking number which I provided - then proceeded to say he DIDN’T KNOW WHY IT HAD BEEN SENT BACK - just said “I should speak to sender about it”. Hopeless.

If you want items to be delivered or received i recommend not to use this company as they are not reliable. I got email as item delivered but it was delivered to someone else. Luckily sender took responsibility and issued another item via different service /company

Absolute disappointment, driver out everyday (currently day 7 of failed deliveries) pretending to deliver parcel to my address, never makes it to the address but sends status update that calling card was left as no one at home. No calling card, no parcel. Just changed the address on last delivery to see what happens, driver did not show up at second address again no calling card, customer service just emails you that driver will attempt again next day not one f given about waiting customers.

Yesterday I was excepting for my parcel but not delivered because not enough address. Call this morning they say address is incomplete. Then I got to bracknell from Kingston upon thems to pickup my documents. When I check the address, everything is perfect even I mention phone number on the package as well. Shoot service

Absolute joke of a company, provided tracking number states delivery within a 2 hour window, came and went with no delivery then a "sorry we missed you" text with a supposed calling card, which was never left as no delivery was attempted.

You can't even speak to a human on the phone to enquire further.

At least try and deliver your packages when you say you will, instead of lying and saying you tried when nobody even came down the street.

Do not use this company.
