We collected our US visa from here, and the process was surprisingly quick and efficient. I simply showed them my expired BRP card without needing to say much, and everything went smoothly. Not sure why they have so many negative reviews, as our experience was hassle-free!

Very poor delivery service, the live tracking feature is good. But their drivers leave the address without ringing the bell? Perhaps they rang the wrong flat really confused about what happened here. I could see a man in a DX delivery jacket from my window, and he just left without trying to contact me via my phone number (which they do have) or ringing my flat so I could let him in. Don't trust them with important or time-sensitive documents

I have reached out to your online chat function and spoken to their AI ChatBot. This wasn't helpful as the only solution I have is to register for a redelivery 'tomorrow' bearing in mind I was due this package to be delivered 'Friday' last week and you still haven't been able to execute this. Please re-arrange a delivery today.

I ordered two items for next day delivery, both items were not delivered on the specified day. The day after the mentioned delivery date, one of the items got delivered but I’m still waiting for the second item to be delivered.

Like many of the other reviews have highlighted, this company has no customer service. The contact number disconnects after 10 mins of calling, the live chat is not live it’s just a query form and the tracking information is not accurate.

Further to your comment, the web chat does not put you in touch with an agent. Useless!!

This one star feels too generous to give.

The service is really terrible, I’m having a next day delivery service but it’s the third day today still I’m waiting for my passport. Cannot trust this company at all for sensitive documents. I’m trying to contact them since yesterday, no contact no one is answering the call. They do not knock the door when coming for delivery or even call. There’s no choice of going there for collection as well.
Doesn’t even deserve one star rating.

I paid for next day delivery with DX Delivery, but the service was completely unreliable. Despite being at home all day (with my builders working outside), I received a notification that delivery was attempted - even though nobody arrived. I tried calling several times, only to have the line repeatedly cut off. Ironically, orders I had from other couriers were successfully delivered that same day. I’m very disappointed with this service. If my goods aren’t received as rescheduled by tomorrow, I’ll be forced to leave a more detailed review with the suppliers.

Not even worth one star!
My experience with DX Delivery was absolutely terrible. The tracking kept saying the parcel was out for delivery every day, and I stayed home the entire time—but no one ever showed up. For three days straight, it failed to deliver and kept rescheduling. It was a complete waste of my time.
Customer service was unhelpful and didn’t provide any real solutions. Then, suddenly the tracking showed “delivered and received,” but I have no idea who signed for it or where the parcel actually is.
Totally unreliable and unprofessional. I will never use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Their services are excellent, I spent less than 2 min getting my package. The staff are welcoming and receptive. The location is easy to identify however, don't go there on bank holidays, they also go on break. 😊

Unreliable, unreachable, unpredictable. Says they will come at x day between y-z time. Doesn't come, doesn't send updates, tracking says fulfilled! Then you just have to sit tight and hope to hear from them again, interesting way to go about things.

You lie about your response to enquiry time as well, and your "live chat" is just a bot.
