Product - very bad. My lift out windows arrived in good condition, however on inserting the liftout window in, there was a massive 20mm gap between the glass and the frame it sat in. This was unsightly to see and just looks badly designed. I contacted customer services who were very nice and they advised that their windows are intentionally designed like this, which is mental. I have ordered 4 other lift out windows from competitors and none had this massive gap at the side . Which makes me think this must be an economy measure. Unimpressed and unhappy with my purchase. Would not recommend duration simply on the quality and design of the received product.

Ken was super helpful from the moment we walked into the showroom, he is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we were fully happy and ordered the right windows with the right finishes. We’ve now received the first batch of windows for our project and we are very happy with them, we are now ordering a few skylights too! Amy and Amber have been great too for the ordering and processing side. Highly recommended!!

We have used Duration for many years now. We find the product good, and easy to install. If we have had any issues these are normally resolved very quickly.
Ken who was the last person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful, as were the rest of the team.
