What is the meaning of all of this!? Smh.. I needed that package today. What sense does it make to order a package for same day if it’s not gonna get to me same day… This has never happened to me before but this is the first time a package for me is coming through this location. This is hella sloppy! DO BETTER!!!!!!!

The drivers recently that Seffner facility has they do not do their job correctly. I have been ordering stuff since many years and since 2 weeks ago it has been awful. The packages never arrive to my house and they never go back to the facility so after 4 days I canceled. When you order something that you wanted to arrive next day, you choose the item to arrive next day. Last night I called because I ordered other items and the one I canceled but with other stuff that I really need for today. It was supposed to arrive yesterday. I called last night to amazon and the guy from Amazon just told me, oh is just 1 day delay, what? What? I don't care if is 1 hour late. If I wanted to arrive whenever ok, but if it says today is today NOT tomorrow. That's why I ordered that one to arrive that specific dau because I need it for my job. I live soo close from Seffner facility and my packages lately do not come. I order another items to send to someone else in Orlando. I have the email conf.. The order disappeared from my order list. The drivers that go to Seffner FL, are sufficient. I do t understand how that work but if Amazon had a lot situation with same drivers just changed them, because is happening to a couple of my co-workers and my work itself. They are not getting the packages.

One of your drivers ran me off the road at around 11:55am to 12:10pm on 75 northbound on 7/29/24. I don't drive a car. I drive a semi truck. MAJOR issue here. White kid, brown hair. Plate number for the van he was driving is, RRDS73.

He realized what he did and sat in the right lane after running me OFF THE HIGHWAY, so I was able to record his face and the van when i passed him.

The kid doesn't need to lose his job but he certainly NEEDS to pay more attention on the road and his surroundings before trying to merge INTO an 80,000 pound truck.

Multiple times i have ordered packages for same day delivery. They either arrive late or not at all. If i order it for same day delivery i expect it same day delivery unless there are special circumstances like a huge storm. Packages say they are out for delivery from this facility and never make it to my house. Lazy drivers and poor management

Drivers from this facility do not care at all what’s so ever. I was supposed to receive a package yesterday and the driver didn’t even attempt to knock or ring the doorbell when they said they came at 5:38 in the morning. So no attempt what so ever to actually try and deliver the package but then they put in the notes package undeliverable because they could not get into my building and they didn’t have access to my front door. I live in a house. With no code required to get into my neighborhood and where I have a driveway and nothing what so ever blocking my front door. Very inconvenient for me and very unprofessional from these divers at this facility. I was told they will be reattempting to deliver my package again today but it doesn’t seem like it, and I paid for next day shipping. My notes on the Amazon app have not even updated I try and call the facility to resolve this issue just like the app asked me to and nobody answers and I’ve called over 10 times. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Amazon by far.

Today I was supposed to receive two small orders of dog treats. My Amazon account says that they can leave the package over my gate or to my front porch which is screen porch. Driver calls me requesting signature which I never requested. For dog treats? Driver was condescending. I cannot come downstairs so I told him it was okay to leave it on the driveway and I will try to come get it. I just had back surgery. And could not climb downstairs no reason why he couldn't lay it over my gate it was not heavy. He someone on his phone who asked for my name which they should already know since they were delivering to me. I do not want this person to deliver to my home again. All future deliveries are to be placed inside my gate or inside my porch if raining as it says in instructions. If we cannot get good customer service by your third party people Amazon then why have them.?
