I purchased 2 day shipping. They delayed 24 hours to ship it, and it is now arriving in 6 days instead of 2 days. Would never have shipped it if I had known it would be 7 days, I could have delivered it personally in 7 days. This is now costing me $2000 due to faure to deliver on time. This is unacceptable and negligent.

Update, despite the store response, I did in fact attend their location on Oct 31, and purchase shipping and was told it was a 2 day service. I had explained my circumstances fully. In fact I only attended their location because they had 2 day delivery service, and royal mail had quoted me 5. DTDC told me both on the phone and in person it would be 2 days.

Further, I have now discovered they also completed the customs form improperly, which has cost me a further $18 for something I purchased in Canada, not in the UK.

Recently I used this service to transfer my household stuff to Australia.It was a door to door delivery service. It turns out to be a night mare.!! We have been told by their manager our stuff will arrive in 3 days in australia but it took more than 25 days to arrive that too we have repeatedly chasing number of times !!! But the money he charged was for door to door premium service. Person who runs this office will give you false assurances and take all the money for the premium services from you but will give you in return number of lies through out. He is not trustworthy. Most importantly he is not aware of all the custom related rules and regulations in the respective country and he just give you his own random rules and regulations explanation which does not exists in the real world. !!!
If you are using this courier please ensure everything is in black & white otherwise I m not surprised you will be conned.

It was vital for me to reply to your response. i was not sure what illegal items you ment. I thought i had declared all my household goods. Customs at the australian end had also released all my goods without any issue. Also you had repacked all my boxes after i left. Hence i am sure you have checked everything in the box.

Very impressive response you have given . The refund of customs money we had paid in adelaide, which you had promised to reimburse in uk, is still not recieved. (You had to reimburse because we had paid for door to door service including customs in Adelaide)
