FANTASTIC SHOP!!!! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I attend this business on the 18th April 2024 having seen an advert on Facebook. I am an amauter mechanic and the range of tools upstairs was ideal for my needs and budget. Especially the budget side of things, very competitive prices.

I wasn't actually looking to buy anything, just have a look round and ended buying a box of tape, a wheely stool, a set of torx screwdrivers, a set of impact sockets, a spray gun, an air hose, a set of air hose connections and it was only £150!

Downstairs they also have a wide range of "branded" tools for the professional.

I really liked this place, parking is easy and it was fairly easy to find.

Warning!!!! to anyone wanting you buy from DSD-TOOLS, I purchased a set of impact sockets from them that one has broken on first use ,without any force, they are still under warranty ,, However I have emailed and sent a combined of over 6 messages and they completely ignore you. Absolutely zero customer service if anything goes wrong with your items ..

I have found other reviews now of the exact same socket breaking on first use ,after contacting these reviewers from various forums/groups ,it seems non have had a replacement or reply either .

I have been very patient and waiting weeks and no reply .

Purchased two Milwaukee items from their "Tool Cave" online outlet - you buy from Tool Cave, you get replies from DSD Tools.
They sent a refund notice two days later without any explanation or apology.
Except they had not ACTUALLY refunded the money.
Despite my best efforts, they did nothing whatsoever to resolve this.
They never reply to emails.
They reply to the contact form, anonymously, but not in any useful way.
They do not publish a phone number (usually a red flag).
I had to eventually fill out the credit card form to get my money back, who sorted it quickly.
A really bad experience and a lot of wasted time.
Do yourself a favour and use someone else.

Monumental selection of US PRO tools at ebay prices.... Sometimes even cheaper! You can debate the quality of US PRO, however, I've used them professionally for years and had very few problems. Better than halfords advanced and half the price.
