I've just given 5 stars to the other Post Office on Chesterfield Road. it was measured against service i receieved here a few weeks ago. It was approx 4:35 and I needed to send a birthday gift, it was a long queue and i did arrive before 4:30. I was refused the processing on a next day service as it was after 4:30, as the collection cut off is 4:30 and the postie doesnt like to wait. Well in the time it took me to argue, process my other post items and then to get back in my car to grumble all the way home. The postie still hadnt arrived. Rude Postmaster in situ, i wont ever return. Try the flexible service the other side of town on Chesterfield Road!

This post office is rubbish and needs to be managed better. Just been in today and sign up saying she has gone for a break! So had to come away. The other day I went and again closed as she said they had run out of receipts! They seem to be closed onany occasions due to various excuses. They need more staff to cover otherwise it's just a waste of time being there, it's not convenient at all

If i could leave no stars i would based purely on how the the woman behind the counter treats everyone. Every other member of staff is polite and courteous except her. She lets the side down, shes always so rude and abrupt. I dont recommend visiting this post office when shes on.

Excellent service. Excellent parking at the front. Post office within the store, checkouts are usually not too busy which makes the whole experience a lot more quicker and enjoyable . Kind and friendly staff, clean and efficient

Can't give no stars....or I would....unfortunately was great shop but new owners need bigger profits...newest being .newspaper delivery 10p added every day for transport...you what!!! kids deliver on foot(I bet the kids get naff all)...enjoy ..
