This is a brand new storage facility and I had the honour of being their first customer.
Firstly, Carl and Ben couldn't do enough for me, they showed me round the facility and explained how everything worked. Considering how new it was, I was expecting some teething troubles, but actually everything worked perfectly.
The storage feels more secure than others I viewed. There is a gate, a roller door and a sliding door (all accessible with your PIN) before you can even get to your storage. There are cameras everywhere and entering your PIN disarms the security on your unit, and then finally you have a padlock on your unit, so it feels massively safe.
It is all very clean, but that may just be because it's so new, but nonetheless I felt happy leaving my stuff there.
It's reasonably priced too, a fraction more expensive than other local units, but for the great service and excellent security, I think the little extra is worth paying.

Good local storage site in Chandler's Ford. Carl and the team were really good at sorting the onboarding out, showing us around on our move-in date, and answering all the questions we had.
