I'm disabled and agoraphobic and can't go out to pick my parcels up. I have no one to pick it up for me. I called them because the courier didn't even attempt delivery while I was sat waiting for them by my intercom. Then they said they would try and send the driver back. Which they haven't done and the driver has just continued to leave the parcel at a pick up location instead. So now I have to pay to get a taxi out to the shops which is going to cost even more money to try and get my order. Absolute joke.

The Bradford depot are untrustworthy. Expensive item that required pin was marked as delivery attempted but receiver couldn't supply pin, there was nobody in so that was impossible. Delivery was rearranged for the next day and confirmed on the app. The very same day parcel was then marked as returning to sender at customers request. No request was made. Policy is to re-attempt delivery next day but was sent back to sender straight away. I suspect this high value item has vanished and the local depot are covering their tracks by scanning the empty parcel barcode so it shows on the system. DPD were not my choice and never would be, ebay authentication service use them.

Took about a minute to get to the door and the driver has left, ignored my sign on the door to leave the parcel in the garden as its only allowed if you download their app and tell them on there

Then they default to dropping it off at the "nearest DPD dropoff point" - it's 6th closest, not even 2nd or 3rd so having to walk an hour to get there needing TWO forms of official ID to get it

They wont reschedule delivery in any way shape or form, paid or not. They wont give any reason why the driver hasn't dropped it off closer. They wont allow me to process a formal complain or refund as I have to "contact the seller" to do that.

I then couldn't get through to the seller 4 times so try them again, twice by two different people I'm told "you must speak with the seller" - one point told they have the correct numbers internally but they cant share them with me nor call them on my behalf despite having no way to get a hold of the seller.

Ridiculous requirement to have to download an app to follow any simple instruction without actually notifying you at all that is the case until afterwards. Even more ridiculous that there is ZERO method to contact any reasonable support directly, just an off-shore company that tells you to contact the seller.

For 3 days in a row the van drove straight past my house and didn't attempt to deliver even when I was stood outside eaving him down. Then got message "sorry to have missed you" Absolutely useless. Would give zero rating if available

Customer Service is useless. The (probably) poorly paid people in the call centre are very polite and do their best but they have no power and can only repeat the information that is already available online.
So rogue drivers get away with pretending to make deliveries and taking photos of random houses to prove the recipient wasn't at home.
I you get one of the conscientious delivery drivers, count yourself lucky.

My parcel was meant to be delivered yesterday and it never came even though I paid for next day delivery and now it’s says it’s still at depo this morning and wouldn’t change and the only option it gave me was to change the delivery date so I have had to change it to Monday really not happy with the company!

Poor service driver not come on time and not even given an update I waited for 4 hours still I didn't receive any information about parcel

They are rubbish service i m waiting for whole day to receive my parcel they give me and just 5 mints before they said your delivery is cancelled the driver missed the delivery next delivery will be come next working day very bad and very irresponsible company
