Appalling service from this company.

I ordered an item and it was booked for a one hour time slot. An hour before the delivery time I check the DPD app and noticed the driver was on delivery 76 and I was delivery 82. So not far away.
10 minutes later I get a message on the app saying sorry we missed you. Being very confused as I was in and noticed no one attend my home and after checking the cctv and confirming no one attended my home I rang DPD and explained no one had been.
After being on hold for a short time the operator came back and said the item would be delivered after all they had spoken to the driver and told him to make the delivery.

An hour later I had to go out so told my son to watch out for the driver.

When I got home I noticed again a message saying sorry we missed you and my son told me he had seen a driver who had said he was looking for another address not mine. I checked the cctv and noticed the box the driver was carrying was marked with the logo of what I had ordered and I listened to the audio from The cctv footage.

The driver clearly says that he has nothing for me and is looking for another address. He then walks down the street a little and takes a photo of the street to say he’s been.

When I complained about this I was just fobbed off and did they care? NOPE

Would never use this company if given the choice

Beyond awful. Never have I ever had so many parcels go missing or delivered to the wrong address. DO NOT USE THEM!

I got a text to say my parcel ( 60l of cat litter so huge parcel) states delivered and sent an obscure photo of the parcel not where it was. It wasn't my address I spent all day trying to sort it but they just said they can't get in touch with the driver and I need to contact Amazon who said I have to wait 5 days cos it might turn up. My local depot doesn't have inbound calls , it's so frustrating . They even said it was received by me which is an out and out lie. Fuming

I would have given 0 if possible. I was waiting for an urgent delivery as I and going abroad. The driver went to the wrong place and now it won't arrive in time for me. I can't contact a human at the depot. This is a rediculouse situation. I wasnt sure if I would be in, so as a precaution said if not in delivery to a neighbour. The website said it would be delivered today and they would try me first then try a neighbour. Then another part of the same page says it be delivered to the neighbour. They went to the wrong address completely. It now is to be derived to a neighbour tomorrow, but I want it delivered to me tomorrow provided they get the correct address this time. However I also need it delivered by 8am as I am leaving the country tomorrow, and need the parcel to take with me. How can a company and delivery driver be so incompitant. Do not use them, this has cost me a lot as a result. Useless

Doorsteppers!!!!beware! The driver just left my item in plain sight in the middle of a tenfoot and it went missing. Have an email from the depot manager admitting this yet it still isnt helping me get my refund back! Dpd do not want to know, i expect nothing to happen to the driver either because you cannot put in a complaint as the primary customer. To quote the email "he is a nice guy" and "that he would have to pay for the cost of item" im not really sure this is good policy, but then still i havent heard anything back from them since either. Absolutely disgusting service.

Great service today when I needed to track down my parcel that couldn’t be delivered due to not finding my address.

Buzzed the intercom and a lady came out and was extremely helpful and then handed over my parcel once it was finally located.

Absolutely disgusting service. Driver ( named danny, deliveres to askern) dumped parcel on my drive in a puddle left a calling card then quickly drove off. I was stood behind the door for him to knock as I saw him pull up. The driver saw me go out straight away and collect the parcel when I phones the company to tell them about they experience the worker was extremely rude saying 'well he left it safe etc so what's the issue' the issue is your suppose to knock and see if the persons in before dumping it. Parcel is soaked and ripping
