They regularly give you a day and time then don’t turn up claiming they’ve missed you. The most unreliable courier in the uk.

my order was due for delivery yesterday 09/03/23 as I paid next day delivery to my work address. I received txt and email say out for delivery with a 1 hour slot, then another email& text say it was coming earlier, great I thought, then later I get test message with sorry we missed you at 14.56, I am at front of house, you dis not deliver KHAWER. YOU HAVE LIED, STILL WAITING TODAY

DPD is a terrible delivery company. They keep giving me problems with every order I'm supposed to receive through them!

They just dump your items with a pickup shop if you're not in and refuse to redeliver it! My pickup shop was 9 miles away!

It's impossible to contact them to tell them. Terrible customer service from a call centre in the third world. You are kept on call waiting for an hour before they might pick-up your call. The lines are unclear and the English of the low-wage, low-skilled staff is barely comprehensible.

I do not recommend at all. Ridiculous.

Was told my phone order would arrive on Friday. Driver "attempted" delivery in a completely different postcode and had the audacity to take a picture of a completely different house and say I wasn't there. Tried calling up customer service but literally couldnt even get the option to talk to a human. 1/10 I pray someone doesn't send me a package with these people again.

THE WORSE EVER! I join to all the clients that haven't received their parcels in time! Mine, after 10 days missing,was finally going to be delivered today, but...guess what no, let's wait till Monday! but, oh wait, IF YOU PAY EXTRA, IT'LL BE DELIVERED TOMORROW!! worst service I've ever seen!!

Worst company. They don't give any reliable information about my parcel. They wasn't capable of sending it and now it's lost. And even more, they dont refund me. There no human service

DPD should have delivered my 2nd day COVID test yesterday, and sent me a text with a photo to say it had been delivered, but that wasn't me in the photo! When I called them they said it had been delivered to an address in Cross Street - I live at Arran Walk. Easy to get the two muddled up I suppose! Kind of promised it would be delivered today (it is back at the depot), but if they don't I will fall foul of the governments regulations around COVID testing after travel. Unless I go to a nearby testing centre and pay £100....
