I was due a delivery to-day. Then got an e-mail stating DPD had missed me. Tried contacting DPD but they refused to discuss the issue. They stated that I had to make the complaint via the sender.
Then got various e-mails stating they had tried to deliver some 3 hours AFTER the current time.
I have multiple CCTV cameras + door bell camera. There was no sign of any attempt by DPD to deliver and nothing on the door bell camera or note through the letter box.
Multiple e-mails from DPD show their willingness to lie and the DPD app has not shown their delivery van near to my house.

Paid extra for my parcel to be delivered today. Received an email this morning saying delivery between 10:55am and 11:55 this morning. Then at 12pm Received email saying "sorry we missed you, no one was home, a picture of a Bush and sidewalk (that's not even on my estate) saying driver left delivery card etc etc. We have been home all morning, paid extra for todays delivery, have cctv at front of our house and no delivery car/van or delivery driver has approached our house. Called DPD and no care given!

AVOID! Driver lied about not being able to find Argos inside Sainsburys (that they deliver to daily) 2 hours into the shift. Put a jet black photo as proof of 'sorry we missed you'. I spent 2 hours on the phone multiple times to help line, and the Depot wouldn't answer to their own help centre.

Poor delivery experience .
Poor updates misleading saying deliver to a post office tommorow then no updates only must come to a depo 20 miles away .
Poor customer service.. advisers that don't know where your parcels are or why delivery's had not been attempted.
Seriously customer service needs reviewing both at a delivery level and customer contact.

Unacceptable on many levels .

We ordered something we needed urgently for a trip on 1st Jan 2024. Guaranteed delivery on 29th December 2023. Then we got an e-Mail saying the courier couldn’t find our address. Utter B.S. - We’ve had multiple deliveries from Evri, Royal Mail, Amazon, and even (yup, you guessed it) DPD in the past few weeks. Was rebooked for 30th and every e-Mail said that it would leave the depot by 1200 and we’d then get an hours delivery slot. At 1930 they then updated this to say that due to “unforeseen circumstances” our delivery was being indefinitely delayed. My gut instinct - there was no attempted delivery yesterday, there was never any likelihood of it being delivered today, and it probably won’t arrive tomorrow either. These cowboys have lost our parcel!

The worst Courier Company in the World
DPD driver took a photo of a random houses tarmac drive when he was outside my town, and lied about knocking on my door and actually coming to MY HOUSE !
They are just bone idle, lying wasters.
Who couldn’t care less wether they spoil your day or not.
Completely outrageous company, customer service ? Ha ha ha I could barely understand what she was saying, all the drivers are foreigners too, not racist, just a fact !
They have no idea at all about where they are going or what they are doing.
It’s a disgraceful service, this company should be investigated thoroughly by an Ombudsman or whoever deals with this sort of thing.
This joke of a company have never once delivered anything to me on the day they should, and when the driver is told to turn round and come back they never do.

starting to have a few occasions where the drivers say no one is home, when I am in fact at home. They do not even attempt delivery. On another occasion my delivery date was changed for the following week (not by me)

what is more frustrating is that there is no way to complain to the depot about the particular drivers which this happens more often with.

Absolute rubbish with a rude delivery driver !!
Dropped off a large package without asking me and when I said it needed to go back to the sender he got quite irate with me and implied I was being racist !
Not so.
But you cannot talk to anyone in customer services !
As bad as Evri !!
