Was told the driver would deliver before tonight for wedding as he walked off before we could get the door!! Nothing!!

Passed round customer service then the depot were amazing then not and grumpy and rude! I was more than polite and the gentleman was rude and like I was a pain for him to do a job.

Thieving rats.
Had a parcel delivered and my partner caught the driver trying to take a picture of our flat and say it had been delivered.

Had another parcel due for delivery Saturday and again "attempted delivery"

They're 1000% stealing items they know of high value.

had a terrible experience with dpd delivering 4 alloy wheels had 1 deliverd Wednesday with the promis of the 3 to follow in 1hr didn't happen
next day had a time slot didn't happen waited all day with a missed delivery photo taken of our local Indian takeaway as proof which is a mile away. next day time slot allocated turned up early. thankfull I was home all deliverd all is good but would not trust to run a bath. hopeless

Driver Ricky that works at Chelmsford depot is incapable of delivering to my address, twice I have ordered from Samsung and twice I had to cancel the order as he just doesn't show up and marks it as given the wrong pin, both occasions I used live tracking and this incompetent person isn't even near my address. The customer service is useless, they are just reading what they see on a screen.

Unbelievable negative experience! Ordered with prime delivery from Amazon as we always did in the past 5 years, I have been told by the driver whilst I was away that they can only deliver with the door open ?. The next day, another delivery man tried to deliver when I was in front of the door, explaining to him that this violated my privacy . He decided to take the parcel back instead of leaving it with a shop or a safe location where I could be able to collect it with ID and barcode.

Lack of common sense , not carrying about customers' needs , outdated rules from DPD which are interfering with our privacy resulting in high costs and delays for the sender-the delivery company ( DPD) and the customer.

We also use FedEx, Amazon delivery, Evri , Parcel force, and Royal mail, and we never encountered such a shambolic way of so-called delivery service .

Perhaps it's time to upgrade the outdated policies . We ordered directly from Amazon, and the seller used a next day delivery where under no circumstances is stipulated that the delivery has to be made with the door open only so the driver can take a photo.

Absolutely shockingly terrible service! Imran, you are either beyond stupid or you're a thieving lying scumbag! How can you justify saying it was delivered and signed for, with just initials and no photograph?!

I don't recall having any previous issues with DPD but on this recent occasion I am disgusted at the blatant lies I have been given.
Firstly after waiting in all day I received a message to say my parcel had been delivered to a neighbour and the address given was no where near my home and I was shown a picture of a parcel on a piece of concrete as proof it had been delivered and signed for?
I went to the address of the delivery to be told by the occupier that the driver tried to deliver the parcel but the person was on their way to pick up school children so the delivery person put the parcel back on his van and stated that it had been delivered.
The next day I am informed the parcel was being sent back to the supplier on their request with no option for re-delivery or for collection. When I contacted the supplier they said they had not requested the return. I will now have to wait another couple of days to get it dispatched by the supplier and delivered to me again!

I am located in southend-on-sea, I've been waiting for my parcel but suddenly tracking page shows we couldn't deliver the parcel due to lack of name or building number! Such a stupid lie! While the address was a big supermarket which is one of the biggest roads of the city and you can read the sign hundreds of meters away! And we even have 7 car park slots for the shop!

Thats the shop that (the driver couldn't find it) ?
