Just moved into a new house and was waiting for important items to be delivered. Chuamkaur from DPD waited all of 20 seconds when he knocked first thing on a Sunday morning. Didn't notice the parcel box next to the front door either...

Guess we'll go without for a few more days and wait by the door eagerly.

My parcel was due to be delivered on Thursday, driver couldn't find my address, from over a mile away (what sat nav can't find a postcode?). Was told they'd re-attempt same day, never happened. Phoned the Friday morning, was guaranteed a delivery by midday, halfway through my 1 hour window, when the app had his location not even a minutes walk from me, he said he "missed me", with the picture proving the "attempt" clearly being his finger over the lens. Another re-attempt promised, that never happened. Phoned again Saturday, was told nothing could be done on the day, but I'd get a service upgrade to receive it Sunday morning. Again, no show. When I called AGAIN, it never went out for Sunday delivery, and apparently, they have no record of its whereabouts after it scanned back into the depot early Saturday morning. I asked, with a few choice words involved, if they had lost my package, the response to which was essentially a yes. Absolute bunch of useless idiots. The DPD corporate motto seems to be 'Sorry for the inconvenience' with how many times they repeated it. My advice if you're shipping something? Go with literally anyone else, and if you're ordering from someone who uses DPD, look for alternative sellers who don't.

Absolutely useless. Waited in two days for them to deliver even stood in the road waiting as app said we were next, phone pinged, Email saying it had been delivered. No sign of any dpd van, picture of some random house appeared on phone.
In the end item send back to sender after numerous phone calls to dpd. Will check in future when buying anything online who courier is, dpd forget it. Thank you dpd for wasting 2 days of my life.

Terrible delivery company.
Waited in all day for my delivery, the guy 'David' pulled up outside my house, no attempt to get out of the van, took a photo of the corner house.
I then got a txt message stating that 'The driver attempted delivery, he will try again tomorrow "

Few times now waited in for parcel day 1 guy takes pic of gate and doesn't even attempt to enter to deliver, by time I got to gate to see him driving away!! 2nd attempt no DPD and no picture order to deliver to co-op 2 days later still no parcel....

Happened before at different address app and SMS say today between 1 and 2 then driver doesn't show up and even on next day service drives past 2 or 3 times.. tracking system is sub par and not helpful used to rate them too!! Not anymore in the age of pay more get less.

Honestly this place is a total joke. Can't follow simple instructions to find an address to make a delivery. Even providing What Three Words location to my front door is apparently still too difficult for them to follow. Parcel meant to arrive on a next day service 8 days ago. Spoke to depot 4 times now and provided contact numbers to use on delivery, but this incompetent lot just keep going to random properties taking a photo and saying they missed us. Unbelievable!

What an absolute disgrace.... I have just watched this driver through my doorbell camera.
He sped into my little close, hopped out of his car THREW my parcel over the fence, stood on tiptoe to take a picture of it over the fence, in the middle of the path where it landed, and sped out again. An absolute disgraceful muppet!! 🤬
