Useless, can't get a hold of anyone to talk to apart from their AI chat bot that talks in circles

when I did get into customer service it was a foreign lady who was worse than the ai bot.

horrendous customer service, no explanation for why my parcels were cancelled or delivery not attempted, wasn't even informed until 7pm at night, paid extra for expedited delivery and they were saying it will be with you within a couple hours, every time I followed up it would be a couple hours later until they just said 'sorry can't do it today', no explanation for why, and of course the customer service line was closed at this time so I had round 3 with the useless AI bot.

Do not use DPD. Total rubbish.

Just had a home collection from Piotr from DPD. There was an issue with communication of the company and the boxes. But Piotr helped me get items boxed and sorted. I cannot thank him enough! Great asset to DPD Aberdeen!

DPD were meant to deliver a gift of flowers to me from a workplace but they were left on my front lawn overnight and frosted and dead. There was no card left and the delivery person did not ring the doorbell. A replacement bouquet was sent and apparently left in a safe place. I never received them at all !
Another replacement is to be delivered on 18th March . I wonder if I will receive it at all ?

Very bad experience parcel should be delivered on 10th never arrived then on 11th same story never arrived app and website show parcel is in Aberdeen depot , once I phoned them they say they don’t have my parcel bullocks and this show how they lie to the customers on the attached photo below. Companies like this one should change their standards or just stop doing this crap service if they would like to stay in the business. Very disappointed

Driver went to the wrong address, across the road from the address I provided and literally didn't speak to anyone or enquire if there was some one by name waiting for delivery. He took a picture of the building and left with my parcel. This happened on Friday 25/04/2025 which means I can't even get my parcel redelivered until Monday. When you look up incompetent in the dictionary there should be a picture of the DPD logo.

Worse than useless delivery company, avoid at all cost. I paid an extra £11 for next day delivery, didn't arrive so went to depot where they had my parcel but refused to give it to me and said that they will put it on a van at some point. If I had not went up they would have put it out for delivery on Monday, truly awful service. Somebody needs to take responsibility for this sorry state of affairs.

Today at 13:54 I received a text message informing me about the parcel delivery time frame to be 16:31-17:31 on the same day. I was at home during the given time window waiting for my parcel, yet at 16:44 I received another text message informing me that the driver (Lukasz) missed me, and my parcel will be delivered on the next day to the nearest shop as noone was in today. I immediately got furious as noone rang the door bell, neither I saw a dpd van outside the property between 16:31 and 16:44. I called dpd customer service to complain about this matter and instruct them that I still expect my parcel to be delivered to my home address, and not to a pick up point as I have never requested dpd to deliver my parcel to a collection point.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but by Sunday it was still at the depot. When I went to the depot to pick it up, they did not open the door, did not give me the box, and said I needed to wait for delivery!!!
