The worst port in the UK. Lazy people doesn't respect someone's working time. Even if it's empty waiting time for the container is sometimes even 2 hours . This is unacceptable! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with!

Omg seriously this 1 driver at dpd fails or can't be bothered to deliver. My delivery was meant to be here by 18. 30 yep taken it back to the yard. This driver will be reported to dpd tmw as all the other dpd drivers deliver my stuff but this driver can't be bothered or is it personal. Well let's take this higher as I'm fuming

Even when the place is empty you have well over an hour wait dp world seems you could do dirt either more staff or less lazy ones. Place is the pits..................... 10/2/22 a year on and this place is no better spent over 5 hours queuing so far and still have empty box on and need another loaded dp world is a complete shambles and are only interested in the money no toilets, no where to get a drink or sandwich, rude staff and hours upon hours of waiting. This greedy company needs to invest in more staff, better training and in facilities

Well it used to be good and very well run.......... but lately the queues is hurrendos 3-4 hr turn around its turned into a joke costing me lost revenue in cancelled jobs...... The only reason I can see for this is lack of staff to accommodate the flow of traffic with many van carriers parked up 🤔🤔🤔 but then when your being paid for storage for containers that don't get picked up its a win win for dp world
