Groups of youths running round screaming and shouting. I understand that security can't do much but they don't even move them on, more often than not standing laughing with them.
It doesn't feel a very safe place to be and I wouldn't use it if I had another option

What's the point of having security if they are just going to act like mates with a guy who tried to attack kids, screams in the face of random woman and throws things around the building. The police should have been called and security shouldn't be acting like mate's with someone cause that kind of problems.(and security just let the guy get a bus with the person he was targeting)

And just after i finished this review some kids start acting a guy who appeared to be waiting for his bus, and the security moved the guy instead of again calling the police. Shamelessly incompetent, or lazy.

Average place. Staff are sometimes polite and helpful, but sometimes the service is confusing or poor. Buses do not always turn up on time, and often pull into the wrong bays. My Bus is always in the right bay, but it doesn’t always show up on time. I only use this place as I have no other option. But I say only use this place if you really need to like I do. Otherwise use a more professional way of getting about.

There are quite clearly bus drivers smoking nr a no smoking sign, I think under the bridge, I saw that today, there are also customers I've seen smoking inside the interchange, not just in public area but in the area buses come in that need dealing with....bus drivers are supposed to be professionals and not be seen breaking the rules

Got misdirected to a rail replacement bus and ended up at the bus station. Customer service staff were super friendly and attentive especially as I’ve never stepped foot outside of Doncaster station and had no idea where I was. Two lovely members of security guided me to the right direction and pointed out how to navigate my way to the right location. Overall really helpful and kind staff members which definitely should be noted!
