Always liked Lurgan Dominos but it has gone badly downhill.
Ordered and paid for collection via the app tonight, it was only a personal veggie volcano for a quick bite as I was in a bit of a rush, time said 15 mins I thought perfect, headed in about 10 mins later, gave my name and asked the girl for a sprite, she tried to charge me again for the pizza that I had already paid for as well as the Sprite but no big deal.
Some time passed, people came and went with their big large pizzas sides etc and I was still there standing waiting for my little personal pizza, but while I was waiting I had a good nosey up where all the pizza action is, not only was the place feeling really dirty and cluttered, but it started to become apparent how unhygienic it really was, all I could see was naked hands handling all the meat, cheese, dough etc, not a glove in site, touching screens then handling food ughhhh, it felt so unhygienic that I had to cancel the pizza and leave.
Please start taking food hygiene more seriously, it's rather disgusting

Haven’t had domino in couple years so I decided to get it tonight. Worse pizza I have had in my life. I don’t usually write reviews but this time I felt I had to due to the horrible taste of the pizza.

I ordered food from Lurgan store and the order was delivered to another house, I phoned the store they said they were sending the driver BACK TO THE OTHER HOUSE to TAKE BACK the order and give it to us!!!! I asked to speak to the manager to whom I was told “I am the manager and this happens all the time nobody else ever has an issue” that is DISGRACEFUL and DISGUSTING the food hygiene care is vile ! Never in my life have I ever had a MANAGER say “it’s been delivered to another house but we’re gonna collect it and bring it back to you” not an apology or nothing and when I tried to say make me a new order I got a sigh and was told “ugh well fine I’ll do that but it’ll be an hour before it’s there” absolutely disgusting NEVER order form here you might get an order that was dropped to another house and given back to you

Just had ANOTHER INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE from this DOMINO’S PIZZA place… just wow!! ALL of my expectations were met, just an incredible chain of command from the entire team resulted in my satisfaction…. Just wow guys!!! Every single time I use this pizza place, I get 5 star ⭐ service… it’s not fake… it’s not a joke… everyone who works here EMBRACE and are passionate about delivering the brands message which is great product great service great delivery and ultimately AMAZING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! I could not be happier and would recommend this incredible outlet to EVERYONE.. they care about you and me… they are quality and customer focused… JUST THANK YOU FOR A LIFE CHANGING PIZZA EXPERIENCE… this must be the BEST pizza place in the UNITED KINGDOM 🇬🇧 JUST WOW XXX 😘 THANK YOU GUYS … this is a product… this is a business… THIS IS A TEAM 🍕🍕

I was placing an order on the phone due to the domino’s app being faulty! And the UNMANNERED woman hung up on me mid order after asking her a simple question. I asked if the voucher on the app still applied and instead of saying no, she hung up on me and proceeded not to answer the phone and put me on hold when I called again.

This is very unprofessional and shows a lack of care towards customers.

Nicest dominos I've had in a long while, didn't pay for extra toppings and the pizza was loaded with toppings also it was lovely

It's getting worse and worse. Tracked my pizza progress, it was sitting on the shelf "quality control" for more than 10min. Unsurprisingly when my pizza finally arrived, it was cold. I'm very dissatisfied as prices went up but quality went down.
