Ordered a couple of pizzas 5pm on a Friday. Picked up my food and took it home to find mould on one of the pizzas. See photos - very obviously mould due to the dark green colouring and fluffy texture. I had to then waste time taking the pizza back to show the staff who told me it was peppers… I explained it was clearly mould (bear in mind I showed them the pizza in person). The staff then said it was because a new member of staff used the wrong slicer on the pizza. Mould should not be on any slicer or anywhere need a food establishment for that matter. They refused to apologise for this health hazard. Disgusting food and even more disgusting customer service!

Delivery is really slow and they mark things as delivered even when it is not. Food took over an hour longer and staff either didn’t answer the phone or answered and gave clipped response claiming there was issues but it was 5 minutes away (yet then later said it hadn’t even left the store). Only upside is food is good when it actually arrives.

Awful Dominos. They'll lie and update the app and say it's delivered when it isn't. They'll lie and say it'll take 20 minutes when it'll take over an hour. They'll lie on the phone and say it's an IT issue but it's an IT issue that's happened the last 3 times I've ordered from them. They'll lie and say it's an issue affecting all branches yet the Surbiton one never had this issue. They hang up the phone when you call up. They're liars. Should never give them the time of day. Don't succumb to the desire of the alcohol tinted glasses when you want food. Walk and get something local. Never again.

Mould on my pizza!!! When I showed them, they told me it was pepper… which it clearly isn’t. They then said ‘a new member of staff accidentally used the chicken cutter instead of the vegetable one’. So they knowingly cross contaminated a vegetarian pizza with meat and still sent it out? And it was mouldy! Which is a health hazard! Said they could not refund. I don’t know what is more disgusting… their hygiene or their customer service. Avoid at all costs

I am absolutely appalled my the state of the food the service was atrocious and especially kaur was extremely rude when speaking to me absolutely no customer service and they REFUSED to give me my icing the food was disgusting and I cannot believe the way the manager spoke to me, the food also took ages to reach me.

Terrible service. Forgot to send an item, so the driver said he will redeliver. 45 minutes passed, no item. Called up and said it will be with us in half an hour. No show so called back now 2 hours after putting in the original order and she says they still haven’t sent the item from the store! Ridiculous customer service.

I recently ordered from Domino's and had a really disappointing experience. First off, the delivery service was terrible. The driver didn’t even knock on my door, so I ended up waiting much longer than I should have. When I finally checked the tracking, I saw that my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it.

I reached out to customer service to get some help, but they didn’t take any accountability for the issue. I felt like my concerns were brushed aside, and they didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience I faced. Overall, I was really let down by the service, and I won't be ordering from them again. One star is all I can give for such a frustrating experience.

placed an order for a pizza from Dominoes. It showed that my order will be ready and delivered in 30-40 mins. But after 40 mins it was still showing as preparing on the app. I tried calling at the store and they said they haven't received my order. I asked the support team to refund my order because the amount was cut from my account. The support staff tells me to wait for my order. Inspite of repeated attempts of calling the store no one picked up the call. An Indian girl picked up the phone earlier and she was very rude. I am never ordering from this place again. Extremely ridiculous service and no efforts are taking to solve the customers issue. It's been three hours now and still nothing.
