WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. My Parcel was picked up by a driver from Docklands delivery office and stolen. I paid for tracking and my package never got to the next stop. My laptop and valuable jewellery gone missing. This is the most horrible experience I’ve had. I can’t believe I’ll have the worse Christmas ever because of this. I am so sad I’ve cried all week. Royal Mail has failed me. Can’t be trusted. My mental health is at stake.

Feels rather unfair that the majority of the reviews aim at issues that are more related with Royal Mail as a whole, rather than this specific delivery office.

I've been a regular for some time and I believe the staff here is helpful, and they will try their best to sort out any potential issues. Unfortunately, with automated next day redelivery things might not be ready for collection, but it's not on the staff that deliberately send your parcel for another wonder, but Royal Mail policy.

Royal Mail workers at this depot are thief’s,they still ur parcel and it says out for delivery,never delivered the item,also on the tracking still showing out for delivery,this depot needs investigating why parcels are going missing 😡

ANOTHER LAPTOP STOLEN BY DRIVER - I am extremely disappointed with the Docklands Delivery Office. This is the second time in just two months that a laptop delivery has turned into a nightmare. On both occasions, the driver updated the delivery slot twice on the day, only to claim that an "attempted delivery" was made but no one was home. This is an outright lie. I was at home all day, and I have a Ring doorbell and CCTV that clearly show no delivery attempt was made. There was no red card left through my letterbox either.

The last time this happened, I raised a complaint, but it’s clear that Royal Mail doesn’t care about the dishonest and unprofessional behavior of their staff in London E14. It’s beyond frustrating that they allow these smelly criminals to operate within their organization, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience to customers.

From now on, I will be avoiding Royal Mail as a delivery option and strongly encourage others to do the same. Their service is utterly unreliable, and they seem to have no interest in addressing the issues within their ranks.

The level of intellect of the people working here is exceedingly LOW, they lack the ability to follow instructions and do their job. So frustrating!!

Friendly staff. Never busy at the times I’ve gone (I’m sure there are busy times though 😂). I use mainly for dropping off pre labelled parcels. Have had my small/medium dog with me at times, and there was no issue with her being inside which is great!

Had 2 parcels that were paid for Special Delivery next day until 1PM. Was paid ~10£ each for them to say that they “attempted” to deliver which they never did, due to national lockdown I was home all day! Really disappointed and guess what, it happened again today! They “attempt” to deliver at 7:30AM?!? And now I need to collect it 30min away just because.. what is the point in spending so much money if you still need to pick it up yourself. Imagine people who are self isolated.. Anyways, at least it wasn’t lost. Royal Mail is a rip off! They should definitely put priority on more expensive parcels that are already paid for, we pay it for a reason. I do understand it is Covid times and they have a lot of deliveries to do but this company needs to be more organized, mostly now. There are people who need their meds and other important items!
