Took ages to get someone to help at reception as they use tablet for guest check in which seemingly doesn't apply to anyone who doesn't have a pre-booked appointment. Loading of goods was quite quick and staff in loading bays were helpful.

I have never come across staff who are so insensitive and rude like the bunch at Dnata. I wanted to collect my cargo from them after a long flight. Despite the fact that the handling company AAA Freight had done a good job getting my cargo cleared within an hour of arrival, the visit to this place was a nightmare. The ultra rude guys take your take your papers and tell you to wait. No explanation of process. You wait forever. If you make an effort to follow up, the devil incarnates at this horrible place will feast on you.

Lazy, rude and people who don't car behind the desks. You can wait for 20 mins by yourself whilst everyone behind the desk walks past you staring u dead in the eye. They prefer office banter to actually working. Aside from that everyone in the warehouse and forklift drivers are 10/10.
