David Jacobs the operations manager came out to do a quote over a month ago, they've sent no communication about it, they've not given the quote to the relevant people and my health is being affected. I've phoned several times for the receptionist to have no urgency, no confidence in when anybody will be available to speak to to find out what's going on.
EDIT**
I have since spoken to a 2nd incredibly unhelpful and quite frankly work shy lady who was just as unhelpful as the rest of the company have been.
Do not use D&N maintenance if you want an easy professional job, nothing but excuses and unwillingness to do the job they chose to do.
They E canceled the entire job all because they didn't like being held to account.
Awful company full of excuses.
