pallets ethier stacked too high and poorly wrapped. abusive and non compliant workers who will try any excuse to get out of doing any work, also keep drivers waiting too long and are rarely on time with the goods wrapped and ready to load, overall a very negative atmosphere that needs to be addressed......

Arrived and found 2 vehicles waiting to be loaded, each waiting for one pallet. Although both of those vehicles have been loaded and have left I'm still sat here waiting to be loaded. My 10plts are stacked outside awaiting collection. Manager is aware I'm here as I told him as soon as I'd arrived and "He'd get somebody to load me". 40mins later and still waiting.

Finally got loaded then needed to sign for collection. After they'd checked off somebody else's collection it was my turn. Manager in no hurry, seemed more interested in eating his crisps.

I wouldn't trust this lot to run a bath much less a warehouse after being an hour onsite
