DMG were responsive, friendly and accommodating when I booked them for my first house move. On the day the team were awesome. So many steps, stairs and awkward angles and nothing marked or damaged. Hats off!

Used this company as I was moving.I lived in an upper cottage flat and was told by this company's employees that the only way my 3 seater sofa could be moved would be if the front door was removed,despite only attempting to remove it for 10 mins (if your lucky)3 times they said the front door must have been removed to get the sofa in,3 times I said no I was present when it got delivered and the front door was not removed then I was hit with this classic "sometimes it's easier to het hings in than oot"pathetic.They just couldn't be bothered,of course they would be aware I had paid my £180 pounds upfront.I got a man with a van number from the local free magazine paid £40 and he and his mate removed the sofa in 20 mins(keeping the front door in place)despite being told by so called professional removal men "I could be here for 30hrs and no get this oot".I have enclosed a picture of the sofa in my new property that was apparently impossible to do.

David and his team at DMG put my mind at ease from the first minute I made contact with him. We were moving to the Highlands and thought it was going to be more stressful but thanks to DMG it was made very clear and simple.
The guys were professional and turned up exactly on time, the move was completed in one day and the ease with the service was priceless!

When booking my move Ididn’t know if I would need to store my belongings between the moves. Tracy was supportive and helpful. David checked the size of four wardrobe size cupboards and advised getting them flattened so they would go in the lift at the new address. The other team workers worked hard without damaging either property as they moved those large heavy bits of the above large cupboards out of one flat and into the other. Although there was a delay in moving out I was kept informed about what was happening, until the team were able to come to me to move my things out.

Two gents showed up at my house and literally carried me through the entire experience. Professional, but also a human touch and a wee laugh which was much needed for what was a very stressful situation.
